The course organises the main results of action relate to Integrated Coastal Management, taking in account mainly the sediment budget analysis along a specific physiographic unit, in order to let them exploitable to a larger audience of users. That is, the development of the use case and its achievements is exposed in a way that makes the project experience transferable to other cases and needs. Abstract |
The module is addressed to audience needing to understand how the LIFE+IMAGINE project has evaluated the integrated problems along the coastal area due not only to wave action but mainly to the landslide, flood and soil consumption and in order to have a knowledge frame able to support environmental coastal policies. Aim is to transfer the project experience to new cases and to further users. It is a presentation module. The module is a self-learning module. |

After completion of the module, the learners will be able to recognise how the LIFE+IMAGINE outputs can help them in specific aspect of Integrated coastal management for analysis problem and planning, in order to understand the possible impacts, estimate the value of vulnerability due to natural hazard along the coastal area. |
